• Delivery is to Kerb Side and is made using a manually operated pallet truck.
• Deliveries are made within 10 working days.
• Deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Please ensure:

1. Your road has access for a large vehicle.
2. Road/Street is flat and level.
3. Drop Kerb is present outside your property.
4. Driveway is flat, level, concrete, tarmac or block paved. (we cannot guarantee delivery onto drive)
